2024-2025 Resident Director Application is Now Open!
The Office of Residential Experience is hiring Resident Directors (RDs) and Graduate Assistants (GAs) for the 2024-2025 academic year. We are seeking passionate and dedicated staff, faculty and graduate students committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging residential community for our students.
Resident Directors play a crucial role in supporting the academic, personal, and social development of our residential students. This live-in position requires a strong commitment to Saint Mary’s College’s Catholic, Lasallian, and Liberal Arts traditions, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture a welcoming residential community
- Provide mentorship and supervision to Resident Advisors (RAs)
- Address and resolve conflicts and crises as they arise
- Implement community-building initiatives and programming
- Support the academic and personal growth of residents
